Abedi Pele must advise his sons to quit Black Stars- Allottey Jacobs

Former Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Bernard Allottey Jacobs, thinks that the Ayew brothers, Andre and Jordan, should quit the national team, Black Stars.

Mr. Allottey emphasized that if he was the two brothers’ father, he would advise them to bring an end to their Black Stars careers.

Sharing his words while on an interview on Peace FM’s;

If I were Abedi Pele, I’d tell my children not to play the Black Stars again.

Words are powerful. My advice to Ghanaians, in politics, in sports and in religion, words are very, very powerful.

On the other hand, Ghana legend Abedi Pele, warmly received his two sons at the Kotoka International Airport when the Black Stars landed in Ghana following the team’s elimination from the AFCON.

Despite the team’s exit from the AFCON, the two brothers did their best in the Ivory Coast.

Jordan Ayew scored twice from the penalty spot, while his brother Andre Ayew made history by equalling Rigobert Song’s record for the most games played in the history of the AFCON (36).
