Elon Musk’s son, Xavier Alexander Musk, has decided to completely distance himself from his father by changing his identity. Xavier turned 18 in April 2022 and immediately after his birthday he filed a petition with the courthouse to change his gender to female. He wishes to change his name from Xavier to Vivian Jenna Wilson.
According to Xavier Musk, the main reason for the name change is to end the relationship with his biological father, Elon Musk. Xavier said he does not want to be associated with his father in any way, shape or form. The Blast obtained the documents from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County at the time of their release but did not publish immediately. Instead, they wanted Xavier to come out on his own. The documents states;
Gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.
The documents have however found their way on Twitter and other social media platforms. Next hearing of this case is scheduled for this Friday, June 24, 2022.
The billionaire, Elon Musk, married Canadian author Justine Wilson in 2000 and they welcomed twins, Xavier and Griffin, but filed for a divorce in 2008. Since then the pair has been sharing custody of their children. Xavier however seems tired of his relationship with the father and only want to be associated with the mother, Wilson.
