by News Reporter

Freddie Blay accepted to defend Aisha Huang’s accomplices and according to a Security Analyst, Mr. Adib Sani,in an interview on JoyNews, this shows lack of principle.

The said accomplices are Gao Jin Cheng, Lu Qi Jun, Haibin Go and Zhang Zhipeng. These four are being held together with Aisha Huang for their active involvement in galamsey (illegal mining) in the country, Ghana.

Mr. Adib’s comment came after it was announced that Mr. Blay, a former NPP National Chairman and also a legal practitioner, will be representing four accomplices of galamsey queen Aisha Huang.

The Security Analyst admitted that Freddie Blay was doing nothing wrong legally but this a wrong move and he should have turned the offer down.

Sharing the Security Analyst’s statement;

As a businessman, there are sometimes some jobs that will come, even though you are looking for the money, as a matter of principle, you turn it down considering the controversial nature of the issue, the attention it has garnered locally and internationally, the pain it has caused Ghanaians, particularly those in the mining communities.

It is an indicative of his lack of principles.
