Politician and business mogul, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has commented on the apology made to him by UTV following Afia Schwarzenegger’s statement on United Showbiz.
Earlier, speaking in the United Showbiz on UTV, Afia Schwarzenegger stated that Chairman Wontumi sued her for claiming to have s3x with Wontumi.
Afia further said that she stooped too low to date a person like Chairman Wontumi.
The above comments triggered Chairman Wontumi, hence sued the TV station that interviewed Afia.
Chairman Wontumi has also dragged more people to court for contempt, and this includes Nana Ama McBrown, who is the host of United Showbiz on UTV, Despite Media Managing Director Fadda Dickson, and panellists Mr. Logic and A Plus.
UTV has issued an apology to Chairman Wontumi over this issue but he has ignored it. Instead, Chairman Wontumi says the issue will be solved in court.
Speaking to Paul Adom Okyere on ‘Good Evening Ghana’, Chairman Wontumi said he would not talk about the issue because it was already in court.
I don’t want to talk about it but the issue is in court. The things that are in court, I don’t talk about it.
